  @Matthieu27

then it looks like it works for both of us, you mentioned that a VPN tunnel was deleted after the upgrade, did you use a hyphen in the name of the VPN tunnel? I have a lot of VPNs that were configured several years ago with hyphens, but these names are no longer possible to use. did you have a hyphen in the VPN name?

  @MR.S I have a doubt about the name I had set, but I don't think I had a hyphen in the VPN name. No hyphen, no space, or anything else.

Same here. Upgraded to 5.14.20.9 from 5.13.30.8 today. No access to remote locations since then. No device reachable, complete site offline.

Tried to re-install, no change.

Would downgrading be an option?

  @Eg64

before you downgrade, take a backup of the controller and export running log, you can find this under global and Maintenance at the very bottom.

as you can see, I had somewhat similar problems, I spent quite a few hours and ended with downgrading and running a restore. I also have the ER8411 in the front of the controller, I'm starting to wonder if it's the ER8411 that's the problem.

I did a lot and don't remember half of what I did in troubleshooting but after the third try I got upgraded and since then it has been error free.

  @MR.S Thx!
Also use the ER 8411 as router. No problems on the local site, i.e. where the controller sits, but the other site is completely offline. At least I do not have access to any device there.

yes it sounds like the same problem as me, the strange thing was that switches and access points were online at all remote sites but routers was offline, all s2s vpn tunnels were offline everywhere. I have vpn to several places, not just to omada routers. everything was down, but locally everything was fine.

  @Eg64

to get everything up and running again, I downgraded to 5.14.20.8 and ran restore from the backup I took before I upgraded and then everything came back online,

  @MR.S Not here. In contrary - messed up with 2FA.....

Think will need to travel to the remote site and restart the router..

Thanks & Br's

Have you fixed your network? I'm a bit curious if you found out what the problem was?
