My MR6400 forgets the dynamic DNS settings whenever I log in:

 

 

 

I'm using the TP-Link Dyndns. Can you fix this please?

How long have you used the router? And did the issue happen just recently?

Since about a year.

 

I don't need a FAQ to tell me how to configure a DDNS.

 

Please try to replicate this issue in your QA department and if you see the same behavior, just fix it.

 

BTW: is it true that this Internet router hasn't received a firmware update in almost a year?
