Don't know what port you should be using and what URL you've tried.

If that does not work on the app you have on your cellphone, you probably should double-check your URL or the permission of the app if it can access the local network.

You should try on the web browser from a computer so to verify if there is a problem with the URL format. At least if we can access from the PC browser, or test the ports open, we can rule out that the issue originates from the camera. So, you need to consult the app support.
