I understand this solution : "Or move the whole VLAN1 192.168.0.1/24 to 192.168.15.1/24"

But for "Create a new VLAN interface to have two LANs" => Then my router is still with 192.168.0.1, how to get 192.168.15.1 for the Router ?

Then change default VLAN 1 subnet to 192.168.15.1/24.

192.168.15.1 can also access the web GUI of the router. Same like 192.168.0.1.

Up to you. Any router would allow you to change the default VLAN 1. You can change LAN1 but you have to be aware of what you are doing.

You can create a new VLAN interface. But I quite don't understand the second question. It's ambiguous.

Create a new VLAN interface to have two LANs.

Or move the whole VLAN 1 192.168.0.1/24 to 192.168.15.1/24. Up to you.
