Currently i am using Omada Hardware Controller OC200 and i encounter problem when Omada Hardware Controller OC200 is off. When the controller is off, the SSID is also offline. All my client is not able able to connect to the wireless. When i turn the controller back to online, the SSID reappear.

What's the model number of the EAP units you are using?
Try to upgrade the firmware of the EAP to the latest.
If the issue persists, you can try factory reset the EAP.
