IP addressing  - all static
DNS - 8.8.8.8

 

Event-Triggered recording

 

ISSUE #1:

Notification for Motion detection is sometimes not sent when motion is detected, or

Notification received, but when trying to view it, after VIGI app is opened, no notification exists

 

Recordings exist for that events and i can view them in VIGI app

 

ISSUE #2:

When trying to view recordings on NVR web interface, only 1st recording od the day plays for 4 seconds, than it freezes.

After that clicking on any recording on the timeline doesn't play it.

Clicking some other date again plays first recording of that day for 4 seconds than it freezes, and  again all recordings for that day cannot be played.

Hi @Kramer1 

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

When the recording is not finished, which is still being recorded, it will not display as available for you to watch.

 

For the second issue, can you share a video link to illustrate the problem?
