Hope somebody can give me a hint on how to successfully set the Voice Mail Duration for answering machine in v2100 to a useful value.

It should be so simple according to the faq (link below) but no matter what value I set for Voice Mail Duration via the configuration site, the answering machine always stops recording at 13 sec. I might change the duration to 3 sec or 90 sec - it always records 13 sec..

Are others experiencing the same? Is this a general bug?

May I confirm your Archer VR2100v is DE version and you are using the latest firmware? You may check on bottom label and Web UI.

Then we will provider further suggestion.

  @Marvin_S Thanks for your reply. I added information to hard- and firmware in my original post. You are right, we are talking about the German (DE) version. According to the Web UI firmware should be up to date. Thanks for any help.
