First of all, there are no consumer-grade Powerline adapters on the market that could achieve 700 Mbps over a useful distance.

 

If you need such high transfer speeds, then you will have to look at other technologies.

 

The performance of Powerline adapters depends heavily on the environment they are used in and therefore it's not really possible to predict it in advance.
But by my own experiences, my best guess is that if you are getting 50-60 Mbps with the TL-PA4010KIT, then the ones with the highest advertised performance rating you can currently buy might give you around 150 Mbps when plugged in at the same locations as the TL-PA4010KIT.
 

Thanks for the reply, i'm abit confused as to why these are advertised at 600mbps 1gig etc if only 100mbps is the highest you can get

Since there is no way to predict how the Powerline adapters will perform in the environment they are eventually going to be deployed in, the industry basically decided to give the mathematical performance numbers (in this case the "physical layer rate"), because only these numbers are indisputable.
