Hardware Version:

Firmware Version: 1.2.6 build 20240328 rel. 74284

I just purchased a 3 pack of the x50. I see it up and the deco app then suggested I sign up for a free trial of homeshield but once I subscribed and tried to select my network the app said I have no compatible devices. Is this true? And if so why push me to subscribe to something my device doesn't support?

By the way, Deco X50_V1.3 is quite a unique hardware version, is the Deco provided by ISP?

X50 error @David-TP thanks for the response. Screenshot is attached. Not sure where that version came from. I entered firmware version but didn't know where to find the hardware version so thought I left it blank
