Hi, please help. I'm not a techie person. I just got a new router. I understand I have to re-setup my NVR since my network is new.  I followed the wizard and was able to connect all 4 cameras. At the beginning of the wizard the status says I'm connected to the internet. It shows that I'm on the same gateway (192.168.1.1) and subnet (255.255.255.0), same as what shows on my phone's wifi setting. On the cloud access part of the wizard, it says my TPlink ID is offline. What am I doing wrong? I am logged in to the VIGI Mobile App. I even reinstalled the app to make sure that it's updated.  Please help. Thanks in advance.

Fixed it. I just moved the ethernet port on the other end of the router.

Hi, so I manage to find the diagnostics page and tried it. It has 3 checklists. it failed on extranet connection and cloud connection. Screenshot below.

Fixed it. I just moved the ethernet port on the other end of the router.
