Vigi Camera cant change OSD

I have 9 Vigi cameras on my premises; however, however some of them I can't change their OSD; others can be change via NVR and VIGI App. Is there a way for this to change all the OSD? All of them have the same model number.

@Clive_A They are the same model and firmware the problem is some of them I cannot modify thier OSD

I have not experienced such a problem with the VSM and a camera C540.
NVR model firmware?
Cam model and firmware?
What steps have you taken to resolve this?
Please include as much information as possible. Or this is gonna be dragged on for a longer period.
Have you tried to reset this specific one and add it again to the NVR?
