EAP 110 Frequently Disconnecting from Omada Controller
Hello everyone! This has been an ongoing problem on our network for a long time.
Our network has several AP's around 30 or more one for each room and they are connected via switch (Cisco 2960 and 3560) powered via an injector, our topology is star topology with no connected redundant cables (I've already accessed the switch and no ports are blocking). The problem is that EAP 110 AP's keep on disconnecting from the controller, sometimes we can access there IP's and reset them remotely but it's really tiring to keep on resetting them since there's not a day where there is no disconnection. I've already checked other online forum and applied there suggestion such as: Changing channel width to only 20mhz, channel to alternating 1, 6, and 11, Tx power to low, and limited the AP to only 6 users. My suspicions is that is it possible that the CCTV cameras and AP are fighting for IP addresses since they are both in the same network and are getting IP via DHCP? The network is plugged and play, no configurations on the switches, all are in the same VLAN, no DHCP server just the router, and all AP's except 5G are on the same WLAN's. I'm going to attach a screenshot of the topology if that can help. The topology is only for the 4th floor, in it is 4 switches a mix of 3560 and 2960 switches with the AP's connected to the closest switch, the server room is located at the third floor so the broken line is imaginary. If I missed some important details I can respond to it ASAP.
Any suggestions will gladly be appreciated, thank you so much for you time!
