Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 3.20

I cannot get this device to install a Firmware update 

It is registered on the OMADA Cloud controller at oc006.thesdn.cloud

 

I have this device on my home LAN and two APs at my Business network and none of them can install the Firmware update that is available.

 

It I activate the update there is a long period when the device indicates it is updating in the dashboard and then the update fails.  See following and the log error below.

 

How do I fix this ?  

[Failed]Failed to upgrade TP-Link POE Hub 1 to firmware version 3.20.0 Build 20230818 Rel.72032 online. Please check your network configuration and make sure the device can access the Controller's HTTPS management port.

H @JimBuchanRuach 

As this has been discussed on the controller page, you gotta make sure the port 443 is open as it is required port for the upgrade.

Search this on the Controller page and you'd see some discussions.
