openvpn no access to network and internet with user - omada

er-605 v1 with omada controller
Regular openvpn client-to-site works as expected.
-I can connect to the network.
-I can access my 3 local networks.
-I can access the internet from my local network.
When I enable accounts, and set up account for the openvpn.
-I can connect to my router, I get the specified local ip.
-I can't ping outside the setuop openvpn ip pool.
-I can't access the internet.
the only thing I change is to enable accounts and create one
