Model: Archer VR300
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.5.0 0.8.0 v00a2.0 Build 230320 Rel.3438n

Using ADSL/VDSL connection on copper wires, sometimes the internet connection gets lost and then comes back. Very disturbing while watching football matches.

Local service provider does not see or accept any connection issues.

I would like to measure connection quality and prove the service quality.

For example, the modem does send ping continuously with a failed counter.

How can I do it?

Best Regards,

The DSL parameters in the status menu are the indicators of your DSL line quality:

If this was helpful click once on the arrow pointing upward. If this solves your issue, click once the star to mark it as a "Recommended Solution".

Thank you for your kind attention .  Are these statistics reset to 0, whenever the modem restarts or power off?
