New Cloud Interface
I have multiple OC200 controllers across sites. Today when I logged in to the TP Link Cloud there was a new interface which asked me to enter my Business name etc. After the initial setup when I went to add devices its not recognizing my any of my OC200. I tried to add it manually, I get device not online error.
In my mobile app I am still able to login into the the controllers both cloud and on premise.
Am I missing something. I thought the new interface will already have the details of my existing setup, but no, and now I am not able to login to my cross country remote sites.
Any lead or input is highly appreciated. Has something changed in recent days?
