Just updated. So far is working properly, update was successful.

I had to wait like 30 min until controller (hosted on docker container) was accessible online again - but that could have been public IP change

Erroneous display of the public IP address is an issue of the controller which is planned to be optimized.

What do you mean by NAS getting a public IP from the router? In LAN, LAN DHCP?

My NAS is getting standard LAN IP address from DHCP on router (there's a IP-MAC binding) and it works properly.

But the NAS is also getting Public (External) IP address in order to update it's DDNS.

Since 1.2.4 update I have observed that there were some issues with that and it was the first time I saw this error:

We can skip that for now. I'll try to watch this closely and let you know if that will happen again/more often in the future.

The way to tell if there is an actual issue is to revert it. Hmm, I do not use Synology so I cannot comment or be sure what that might be.

If there is a doc for me to read and learn how it gets the IP and works, I might determine if there is a real issue.
