Hello, I have a C330I camera for personal use at home.

I am facing an issue with video recording. I have downloaded the VIGI mobile app, where I can watch the video live, but I do not have the option to view past recordings. I also have the app on my PC, but I couldn't manage to save recordings to the PC, as it seems not to be possible with this camera. The camera does not have an SD card.

I would like to understand how I can save recordings to the cloud without using an NVR.

Thanks for posting in our business forum.
There is no cloud storage for this product line.

Either you get yourself an NVR and store the video there. Or you buy a micro-SD card to store the video on the card.

We do not have any sort of cloud storage. Even if there is one, like the home product Tapo or smart home line, it charges monthly or yearly.
