Hello everyone and Happy Holidays!

I have a question regarding the tracking function of the C540-W v1 (I have several v2 aswell, making the same) and C540 (not W).

WHAT I ACCOMPLISHED SUCCESSFULLY:
1. Camera makes a patrol with presets with no problem
2. When tracking enabled (for objects and human) it tracks its movement with no problem
3. After the object is out of range, it parks automatically at patrol

All of this is pefectly working so far BUT:

WHAT I WANT TO ACCOMPLISH:

There is obviously an option to track only human activity, but when i turn this on (instead of object) it simply stops tracking. I stand in front of the camera, wave, walk. Does not matter what i do, camera just keeps its patrol movement but not tracking.

Also, i noticed that if I select in Events only human - not movement it stops recording completely on a human based event. A human enters the area and no recording is made on the camera. So i always need to be stuck with Detection - Movement....It does not make sense much...

WHAT I TRIED:

I tried so far upgrading and downgrading firmware - it did not change. Restarting camera - it did not change. Setting up with VMS - it did not change. Setting up from iphone - it did not change. Always tracks when object tracking is enabled, but not when only human is selected.

So i gave up at this point and waiting for a little help if someone is in the similar position.
