EAP783 dropping 2.4 GHz clients after a couple of weeks

I have multiple SSIDs set up on my EAP783 on firmware 1.0.14 using controller version 5.15.8.2.
3 SSIDs are 2.4 GHz only, 1 is 5GHz only, and the other 2 are 2.4/5/6 MLO.
After getting things set up the first time, everything was working just fine for a few weeks. Then I got an alert from one of my devices that it had gone offline. I scanned networks with my phone and saw all the 2.4 GHz SSIDs broadcasting, but when I checked the client list in the Omada app I saw that all of the 2.4 GHz clients were gone, with only 5/6 GHz clients remaining. I rebooted the EAP783 and things went back to normal, but I came across this ticket from last year showing nearly the same behavior.
Support basically brushed it off and said it was due to poor signal, but since several of the clients in my situation are in the same room with 20ft line of sight to the AP (RSSI around -40 dB), I know that is not the case here. Also, PMF is disabled on one of the 2.4 GHz SSIDs, and only set as capable on the other two, so I don't think PMF is playing a role here.
Has anyone else seen this, or has this been investigated further since that ticket?

@underpickled I might have found a fix to the issue. I downgraded my EAP783 to 1.0.10, rebooted it, installed 1.0.14 manually with the firmware file from download center.
After the firmware upgrade, i did a hard reset by holding the reset button on the AP for 5 seconds. Adopted it back again, and left all radio settings at auto. Also left the 'Unscheduled Automatic Power Save Delivery' setting enabled for all 3 bands. All my 2.4 SSIDs still use the 20MHz channel width on Auto after the hard reset with the latest firmware.
I know its fixed because i can actually connect devices to the 2.4GHz network now without maxing it out with interference.
