Hi all

 

just wondering if i can change the icon for my t1500g 8t switch inside the omada ios app.

from within the omada contraller, it shows the correct icon but not on the omada ios app. in ios app it will show the white dotted block icon.

The switch is kind of old and this is mostly a compatibilty between it and the latest Omada APP.

We can't change it manaually. Thanks.

i thought i could send feedback to tplink so they could update the firmware or something so it can correctly show the icon

 

i mean, why can the web browser version of omada can show the correct icon but not the ios app version?

Can you inform the software team to upgrade the app versions to adapt all the old models that are Omada compatible?

Clearly, this is not an issue with the switch firmware or the software controller. But the team responsible for the app is clearly missing this.

 

As well as the customized icon for devices, which has been requested for so long. If there is a schedule, you might update the information to them.
