Hello,

 

I am looking for advice regarding TP-Link security manager. I have bought 3 Vigi C340 cameras and was able to find these on local account in the security manager (can view them, set them up, everything works. However when I sign in and prompt appears for me to link cameras with my TP-Link account I receive response that "Device was not found". 

 

Would you be able to advise how to solve this? I would like to be able to see my cameras also on my phone on different network, when I am not home.

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

If this is helpful. This is done when you have a TP-Link account and you bind your IPC to the account.

If you are doing it on the security manager, you gotta make sure the camera and the computer that runs the VSM are connected to the Internet.
