I recently bought a VIGI c250 camera, and the listing said the connectivity technology was wireless through WiFi. 

I have connected a 12 DC charger to it, but it only blinks with an red led.

I able to connect to it but I need to attach a separate Ethernet cable to it. 

The manual does not mention anything about WiFi, and the camera does not flash red and green.

Does the vigi c250 able to connect to WiFi?

(Also I couldn't find the hardware version of the camera so I set it to v1)
