Currently, i buy a new license on https://omada.tplinkcloud.com/#subscriptions. And checking my https://aps1-omada-cloud.tplinkcloud.com/#license the license doesn't show.

 

 

 

The documentation on https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/3654/ and it  is using the old UI design of omada clouid controller and it is old as fck.

 

Update your documentation, please.

Thank you for your feedback. We are working on updating the documents, but it takes some time.

 

As for the license issue, you are on the wrong page to check license.

 

Please click Manage Organization on the page below:

 

Then click the buttons I pointed to:

 

Now you will see the licnese on the page.

You need to assign the license to a controller first., after that, you will see the license on the page you were, and assign the license to a device. Thanks.
