Hi

I have a Deco S4 in an upstairs bedroom where the signal from the other networks in the mesh is really weak. I have an ethernet cable running from the primary Deco unit and have tested it with my laptop. It works fine. 

The problem is that I cannot get the Deco S4 to use the ethernet cable. It keeps trying to connect with one of the other modems on the Mesh via wifi and since hte signal is really weak, this connection is intermittent. 

I have tried to force it to connect to ethernet via the App, but to no avail. Any guidance how I can fix this problem?
