Model: EAP110-Outdoor
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version:

Could someone does have the knowledge on how to fix this issue?
First: I was renaming my EAP110 outdoor AP then reset using its reset button.
2nd step: connect the LAN cable of the EAP100 outdoor on my router ISP with internet.

next step: open the portal using my phone browser tplinkeap.net

Issues: the portal is not showing up

I use the admin portal app no IP during the scan. the only thing I have noticed is that the EAP110 outdoor dont have IP but have MAC address and the Mac add is registered to a samsung smartphon. does anyone have the same issue?

or could the TPLink IT Team can fix this or have any way to solve like flashing EAP110 firmware using Putty connect Via Ethernet Port rj45 on my computer?

Hi  @GMRoble

Are you trying to login the EAP's management interface and change its Wifi name?

If this is your first time installing and configuring your EAP devices, please refer to the Setup Video for more detailed guidance:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m_i8qROEwuk&t=2s

If you have already set it up and want to configure some basic wireless settings, please refer to the following FAQ for more details:

How to configure basic wireless settings of my TP-Link EAP in Standalone mode?

If you are unable to login to the EAP's page, please refer to the following troubleshooting:
    1. Make sure that you enter http://tplinkeap.net in the address bar.
    2. Check if your client is connected to the EAP wirelessly.
    3. Check if your wireless client is connected to the EAP which you want to configure. The default SSID of the EAP is printed on the product label at the bottom of the device.
    4. Check if your client has got the IPv4 address from the DHCP server.
    5. Check if your client can access the internet.
    6. If the above suggestions did not resolve the issue, this is a detailed FAQ for more troubleshooting tips:

What can I do if I fail to log in to the EAP via the domain name?
