Hello, please I need assistance. My powerline adapter doesn't pair when plugged in my flat. I live in a multiflat building and when I plug the powerline adapter outside my flat (like the corridors) it pairs. But doesn't in my flat. Any suggestions?

Hi @Kameh,

Thank you for contacting our community.

May I know what is the model number of your Powerline adapter? Please refer to :

How to find the model number of your TP-Link device

How to find the hardware version on a TP-Link device

Please make sure that the powrline adapter and powerline extender need to work in the same circuit to connect to each other.
Please refer to What is powerline?

Even in an apartment, the circuits in different rooms may not be interconnected.

If you can confirm the powrline adapter and powerline extender are in the same circuit, you can try the suggestions from the guide FAQ as terziyski mentioned:What can I do if I can't have Internet connection after connected to powerline adapter?
