Model: VIGI C540
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.0.2 build 250208rel 59868n

Is there a way to view it using Web browser from outside network and not using VIGI security manager or VIGI app to stream webcam view ? I would like to get access to the stream and not to get control of the camera, just to share the live view from a generic user connecting from anywhere. tks

Hi @ajgor74

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Then you port forward it. You gotta port forward the camera web page to the public internet and you log into it and view it.

  @Clive_A

thanks for the suggestion: but for a not-good-trained user, could you provide me some practical example-commands about how to do that?

this will be really appreciated.

I don't know about your router. Port forwarding is a generic idea on how to mirror a local service to the public IP, but this requires you to have a public IP already.

If you don't know about this, I assume you need to address the IP first. As you described yourself as not a well-trained user.

Public IP is also not free in most countries. This is what you need to deal with your ISP.

Bypassing our servers, so you need to have a public IP or a server to relay. This is the basic direction to do what you want. VPN, port forwarding or creating SD-WAN stuff, all require a public IP address at your site(the router).

This is something too extensive that you need to learn about online. I cannot explain every term like a training session. I have showed you general direction, you can start to search or look up.
