Hi. New here. Had Tapo LED bulbs for years. Now new phone. Downloaded the Tapo app. Does not ask for my WI-FI name or password. Can not connect to anything now.
Did you change the wifi name or password as well? In this case, you will need to reset the light bulb then reconfigure it.
