I have facing this issue since i bought my Deco M4 in 2023 December and even i tried on Deco X20 and i had same issue. My all Samsung phones at home are getting higher signal strength but on Deco App signals showing -60 to -70 dbm before that on older firmware of Deco App showing medium signals even my Samsung devices are infront of Deco Unit. I have Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, Galaxy S24 Ultra, Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, Galaxy A23 and Galaxy A73 and all are getting signals -40 to -50 dbm but Deco App showing -60 to -70

Hi, I didn't see the exact signal index on the IOS 3.9.50, and am surprised to see it has been added to Android 3.9.42surprise.

I'll check with the engineers to see if there is any detailed criteria for the Deco APP.

I happened to see you also submitted the Deco APP log a few hours ago.

Did the "Signal Strength" already start at that time?

If not, can you help me submit the new log again?

  @David-TP No before this Signal Strength Index on Deco App my Samsung devices had same issue when the Deco App only shows Low, Medium, Good and Excellent Signal Strength Index. Every Samsung phone was on Medium and never saw Excellent.
