Hi  @Oliv2831

 if the product you'll be delivered, will include or not, this DeviceKey label

>>>We don't have this info.

Device key is just one method to add devices, you can use serial number instead.

Thanks for your feedback about this, I will forwarded to related team.

  @Vincent-TP

Hi,

I would like to ask about the Bridge Kit Antenna Calibration feature in the SDN Controller:

  1. Is this feature available in the current firmware version?

  2. Where can I access or use this feature within the SDN Controller interface?

  3. How many methods are available for performing antenna calibration?

I appreciate your assistance. Thank you!

  @CS2

Yes, we removed that option.

But it will still work since it's enabled automatically as long as you enabled the VLAN option below:

  @Vincent-TP

Dear TP-Link Omada Team,

I would like to request a new feature in the TP-Link platform—specifically in the Account section. It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to Block or Unblock user accounts directly from the admin panel or account settings.

This feature could serve several important use cases:

  • Temporarily disabling access for specific users

  • Enhancing security and access control

  • Easily managing user permissions without deleting their accounts

Please consider adding this functionality in a future firmware or controller update. It would significantly improve user management capabilities for administrators.

Thank you for your continuous support and innovation.

  @AmanSaroha i was looking this solution but when i read it,  Its TP link cloud based only. You can subscribe to Omada Cloud Essential. From there, there is a another tab Omada Guard. If you have existing mobile Omada App (this link to Omada Cloud, Essential & Onprem) , you need to install Omada Guard. Guard app is to manage CCTVs while Omada app is those network (wifi, switch & router/vpn). There are certain Vigi CCTV and NVR model that support to guard. However VIGI NVR should be enough inorder to let your  3rd party CCTVs to be viewed.

  @Vincent-TP

Unfortunately, prohibiting Wi-Fi sharing does not function. EAP610 ceiling mount, same with eap110 and eap225 outdoor, expecting for the next update on these devices. Thank you.

Hi  @Omadauser200131

Yes, you need to wait for the adapted firmware for the EAPs.

  @Vincent-TP

I’ve recently upgraded my Omada to version 5.15.20.20, and during the upgrade process the equipment (switches) remain stuck at “upgrading” and do not reboot automatically. They only return to normal after a physical reboot (power cycle).

Has experienced this issue?

I'm particularly asking if the beta version 5.15.24 includes a fix for this behavior
