Model: Deco X50
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.6.7 Build 25031412 Rel.48241

I have been using paid parental controls since April. During the free period, the network usage time of my children was displayed, but one day, when I looked at it, it was still showing 0m even when they were online.
The mesh network is composed of the main x50v1 in router mode, two x50v3, and six m9pluse, all with the latest firmware.
Restarting the main deco or restarting the entire mesh network did not fix the problem.
When I replaced the main with the x50v3 and applied HomeShield, the network connection time was displayed, but the usage time of each individual device was not displayed, probably because the firmware was older than the x50v1. (Also, when I made the x50v3 the main, it often showed that the decos other than the main were lost. In fact, they were connected.)
When I changed the x50v1 back to the main and applied HomeShield, the access time of the registered devices (iPhone, ps4, switch, PC) was displayed. This is the result of doing the same thing several times. I was happy, but when I restarted the network a few days later, it went back to 0m.
What is this phenomenon? Is there a way to stabilize it?

Hello, David-TP

I replaced the main Deco three times and applied HomeShield, but it didn't fix the problem. The fourth time, the access time for each device registered to the family was displayed. Incidentally, the access time for the family is displayed until the paid HomeShield is applied.

I thought there might be some hint as to when to apply the paid HomeShield, so I would like to try canceling and applying it, but it is a hassle to replace the main Deco.

It is normal now, but I don't know when it will return to 0m again, and I don't know the cause. Even if the access time graph is not displayed when it is 0m, the green indicating the access of the registered device is displayed. I will send you a screenshot when it returns to 0m.

Thank you

Hi, welcome to the community.

Can I have a screenshot that "parental control network usage is displayed as 0m"?

After that, please also refer to this link to help me submit the Deco APP log:

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.
