Model: ER605 (TL-R605)
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.2.6

Hi,

Does the ER605 support PPPoE connection with Static IP? I noticed that whenever I select PPPoE as my WAN connection, there is no fields to set a static IP address.

I would like to use 1-to-1 NAT, however, this option is only available for "Static IP" Wan option.

Does anyone has a workaround?

Thanks

PPPoE does not provide a static IP option.

These are two different protocols on the WAN. So, they don't overlap their functions.

There is no workaround for this now.

My ISP offers 5 static IP addresses via PPPoE connection. After checking, there are quite a few routers which offer this feature.

Will this feature be considered in the future release?
