Starlink and BE65 issue
Hi,
I have recently implemented the Deco BE11000 system, and after some initial teething issues, including buying a fourth node for the best coverage (very big house) everything has been running smoothly and the system is working well. I really like the features that the app gives, which my Linksys routers couldn't deliver. However, there have been two instances in the last month, where the connectivity has just dropped between my starlink and my router. When I check my starlink, it is online and a speed test on my phone caps out at 100MB down and 5 up, very normal. Restarting the deco 3 or 4 times does not seem to fix it, I have restarted my starlink twice and no fix.
My last reseort was to physically unplug the power from the starlink router and the main deco node. After a few minutes reconnection occurs.
Is anyone else experiences unexpected drop out from this type of setup.
Before the obvious questions come, yes all firmware is up to date on both deco and starlink,
I have replaced all network cables between the starlink router and the deco.
The only thing I haven't replaced is the starlink cable, as that requires a cherry picker to be able to reach it (I did say very big house)
Any thoughts?
