My Deco Suddenly Do Connection Drop

HEY TP-LINK !!
Suddenly my Deco M4 start droppin connection idk why i had Deco X20 and still had same problem but the problem fixed automatically on Deco M4 but now the problem started again on Deco M4. I tried direct connection from ISP ONT to Deco M4 by CAT6 ethernet cable and ethernet switch LS-1008G but nothing changed and im using 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 DNS and i tried to turned OFF SIP ALG and UPNP but still same problem. I do factory reset and do the setup again but still same problem. Here is a videos to show proof. @David-TP

Hi, usually we will check the LED status of the Deco to see whether it is online or offline. From the attached video, it seems more like the mobile phone is randomly disconnected from the internet. Did you observe a similar issue on other mobile devices at the same time?
How about the dropping frequency?
If it can be consistently reproduced, it will help to identify the problem.
When the specific sites are not loading, did it help if we turn off/on the WLAN setting on the mobile phone?

@David-TP Yeah every devices on Deco dropped connection suddenly and Deco LED is still solid white and Deco App showing Everything is fine. Sometimes works fine for 2-3 days and then issue came back again. But now i have removed TP-LINK ethernet switch and using Deco directly to ISP ONT. Let's see when will the issue came back or not.

@David-TP My issue came back again suddenly Main Deco do connection drop after every few minutes Deco LED light goes to Red and then back to White after few seconds and when LED light is Red i can't even able access my ONT Web UI 192.168.100.1 and i tried every steps but nothing changed. Can you please do something for me. When i see ip address in Deco App so during this Dynamic ip address from ONT gone on Deco.

Hi, thank you very much for the update.
Can I have the model number of your Fiber ONT/ONR?
Did you happen to save the web UI system log when Deco was red?
(I've a message with the latest debug firmware based on the 1.7.0 version. You can install it first and save the system logs when the main Deco M4 is red again.)
While I wish I could offer assistance, I fear my abilities are limited when it comes to identifying these issues.
I might mention earlier, if the disconnection can be regularly produced, the engineer might help us run further tests. However, in cases where dropouts occur sporadically and the disconnection intervals are also very long, more patience and cooperation might be required.

@David-TP My ONT model is Huawei HG8245H and i have installed this debug firmware but my Deco very long time 2.5 minutes to obtain ip address from ISP ONT same as Beta firmware 1.7.0
