Vigi C300HP not streaming from Android app on 4G/5G

Hi,
I have 2 cameras, C300HP & C440, added on my VIGI Android app
When I'm not connected to the Wifi (local or remote Wifi), and using mobile data, I can't access the C300HP stream anymore.. It used to work before. Then it stopped working, I reinstalled the app and it worked again. But now it seems impossible to make it work on 4G/5G only.
It works from my local Wifi (same network), but also when I use the Wifi at my friend's house. I don't understand how to bybass this mobile data issue .. The other camera is streaming fine...

Should not be the problem. At least not from my side. Do you have a problem while watching from the landline WIFI?
Is it possible the server is blocked by your ISP?
Or misconfigured your DNS so that the access to our cloud server is blocked?

@Clive_A It works only on Wifi. Wifi or ISP isn't the problem.
It doesn't work on mobile data. For only one of the 2 cameras.

YES, but it used to work normally a while ago

Does it work for iOS?

Are you sure this is the correct model?
I thought you meant C330 or other C300 series. But C300 is not a model we have.
And the firmware should not be 2021 where the VIGI was not even available at that time.
