Hi,
I have 2 cameras, C300HP & C440, added on my VIGI Android app
When I'm not connected to the Wifi (local or remote Wifi), and using mobile data, I can't access the C300HP stream anymore.. It used to work before. Then it stopped working, I reinstalled the app and it worked again. But now it seems impossible to make it work on 4G/5G only.
It works from my local Wifi (same network), but also when I use the Wifi at my friend's house. I don't understand how to bybass this mobile data issue .. The other camera is streaming fine...

For online streaming issues under cellular data, this issue has been resolved with a hotfix.
As for the OP, his question deviates from the original topic and we are discussing this privately.
