I am not getting 'Virtual WAN' in ER7412-M2 v1.20 Gateway using OC300_Controller v1.0.
Someone please help me to get this feature.

I recall this is a new model. Firmware adaptation has not yet been implemented on this model.
So, please wait for the firmware adaptation and refer to the release notes.

Virtual WAN is the firmware that adapts to V5.15.X.Y.
