I purchased the above adapter through Amazon and installed it directly in a spare USB socket. It successfully installed on my Windows 10 Desktop PC, which hadn't any Bluetooth facility before. I paired my Samsung S25 Ultra phone and successfully sent a photo from my desktop to the phone. Trying to receive a photo from my phone, I selected a photo on the phone, but there was no facility on the photo to send it by Bluetooth. Is this a problem with my phone or the adapter?

Hi@GORDANSKI,

Welcome to our community.

After installing the Bluetooth adapter on the computers, if it can't pair with your Bluetooth devices or any error message pops up during the pairing process, please take a look at the following diagnostic steps:
    1. Make sure you have installed the latest Bluetooth driver on the computer. You can check the published driver versions at Download Center.
    2. Restart the computer once and check if there is any new system update.
    3. Turn off/on the Bluetooth feature on your Bluetooth devices.
    4. For devices with non-standard Bluetooth protocols, such as the Logitech Mouse, there may be some compatibility problems.

Best Regards.
