I have two X60 units and five M5 Deco units installed in my house. After updating to the latest firmware version 1.3.0, my Wi-Fi has become unusable. While I can ping most websites, browsing the internet is impossible because webpages fail to load completely. When I connect directly to the service provider's router, everything works fine. The issue seems to be related only to the Deco units, as they were functioning perfectly before the firmware update.

 

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with this firmware?

Hi, can I have some screenshots of the current Deco network map, such as:

Did you set Deco into "Wireless router" or "Access point" mode?

 

"While I can ping most websites, browsing the internet is impossible because webpages fail to load completely."

-If you turn off/on the WLAN on the mobile devices, would it help to restore the internet access? or Do you need to restart Deco to regain the internet connection?

 

Here is some advice for your reference:

Change the IPV4 WAN DNS server to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4

Set the MTU size to 1440 or 1490: How to find the proper MTU size for my network
