Recently brought the Deco S7 Dual pack  (to note this was also brand new) 

I have only used the devices for 2 months and one of the nodes suddenly no longer powers on 
I have not moved the device, it has been seated on the floor.

I have tested the following:

- Different Power Outlet

- Used the other charger that is powering the other Deco Unit 

- Tried pressing the Reset Button

There is no LED light on and no signs of the app recognizing the device.  

Is the device completely dead?
