Hi I have unboxed this unit and there is a Red light saying no Internet ? I have called the internet providor and they have confirmed the internet connection is live ? And Ideas? 

The Providor has sent me an email address to log in with but I have no idea where to put it. 

I have downloaded the Tether app and it asks are the lights on solid? yes they are but an orange light is on for the internet which I think means no internet ? 

I looked on you tube and there was a link saying put 192.168.0.123 or go too http://tplinkwifi.net, to log in ??
