C350/C250 WDR keep getting off on VIGI Camera

Hi Support Team,
I encountered a bug in the VIGI NVR/Camera system.
I recently installed the VIGI NVR2016H with 14 cameras, and it has a consistent mixture of three different models. After installation, I configured it with "Auto" Mode and enabled the "WDR" to default 50% for all the cameras. However, after 10-15 minutes, some of the camera's WDR auto turns off, despite the "WDR" setting remaining on in the settings but, In reality, the camera exposure couldn't handle the bright light, and even after Disabling/Enabling the WDR doesn't effect, and the only solution to reboot the camera, even though rebooting the NVR doesn't effect the changes.
Now, this bug doesn't affect the S455 series camera, but only affects C350/C250 series camera.
Please investigate.

Thank you for the investigation.
The temp issue seems strange as the camera has been placed in multiple locations across the site, and even in the hottest area, the S355 series was installed, and it doesn't have any such issue.
Anyways, please send me the beta firmware link.

What's the ambient temp for the cameras?
We speculate that there might be a high ambient temp that triggers the protection, and it turns off the WDR.
Is that possible to place them in an environment where the ambient temp is controlled and then test with the WDR?
We will require further diagnosis on your system. You are required to install the debug firmware and then provide your information privately. If you are okay with this, please let me know so that I can send you the debug firmware and get your information privately.

Thank you for you response, and those effected cameras aren't placed in high ambient environment, and they are in a multiple different location accross the building. Infact, the S455 series are being place in a high temp environment, but their HDR aren't effected.
Even though, i tried just today, I changed the video setting from the Mobile apps and set it to "Human Vehicle Triggered Full Color" and reboot the camera, and just after 5 minutes the HRD turn off again.
Yes i am willing to install debug firmware and more than happy to assist you of finding the root cause and resolve this issues.

Thank you for the detailed report. We've noted the WDR issue affecting the C350 and C250 cameras and will forward it to our technical team for investigation. We'll keep you updated with any findings.
Also, since camera adjustments often require handling equipment in bright or outdoor conditions, a good pair of leather gloves can offer protection and grip without sacrificing precision.

I will send the debug firmware privately. We will continue the conversation in the ticket.

This is a temp issue, as we speculated before, which turns off the WDR after the temp rises. We have a beta firmware addressing this issue. If you need, please let me know. I will share the download link later.

I am based in India. Does that mean that I cannot install this beta firmware? If not, then what is the point of providing this beta firmware? Please confirm.
