blocked first then deleted cannot reconnect
Blocked a device and before unblocking deleted it, cannot reconnect now is there anyway to reconnect device cheers

Can I have the firmware version of your Deco X50?
Would there be any error message when this device can't reconnect to the WiFi?
Please also manually restart Deco once to see whether it helps.
Usually, when the device is deleted, the previous blocking rules should be removed as well.

1.6.7 firmware, it is a printer not connecting gave up in the end and connected via USB

Thanks, I tested on my side. Once the blocked device is deleted from the offline list before unblocking, it can reconnect to the Deco.
Did you try to restart the Deco? Would that help?
Deco X50_V1_1.6.7 supports IOT network. If you enable the 2.4GHz IoT network, can the printer connect to the IoT network?

tried IOT still getting E36 error on printer, I am going to try reboot over weekend so I have time to deal with any reconnect issues
