EAP650(EU) v1.0 sometimes no internet, sometimes ultra long loading in apps with smartphone
Einen Wunderschönen guten Tag.
Ich habe bei meinem Netzwerk ein Problem.
Ich erkläre es mal:
Wenn ich mit meinen Smartphone bzw das meiner Freundin über die EAP650 Connecte und Apps wie TikTok, YouTube, FaceBook usw, öffne und benutze dann kommt es vermehr zu großen und vorallem langen Ladezeiten.
Was aber noch dazu kommt seit ungefär einer Woche haben wir zwar Volles WiFi Signal aber es kommt kein internet durch.
Zu den Daten, der EAP läuft mit Lan kabel CAT7 und auch einem Stromadapter, Das licht leuchtet blau.
Internet habe ich 750/750 Glasfaser, also an dem Kann es nicht liegen dadurch ich mit den PC nie probleme habe.
Alle Firmwares sind auf den neuesten stand zumindest wird mir keine neuere angezeigt.
Ein EAP ist direkt mit dem Gateway verbunden, und einer läuft über einen Switch zum GateWay.
Signalstärke ist Optimal bei unseren Smartphones.
Nun zu den Telefonen, beide ein Xiaomi Redmi Note. Ich ein 10 Pro, sie ein 13 Pro.
Ich habe schon öfters versucht die Optimization zu benutzen, bringt aber Null.
nun meine frage ob da jemand mir helfen könnte damit eben die öfteren Ewig lange Ladezeiten zu verschwinden bzw eben das neue problem das aufeinmal 0 Internet durchkommt.
Falls gewisse einstellungen gefragt werden, einfach melden, ist mein erstes mal mit diesem System + mit dem Threat.
Beide EAP haben IP adressen und auch die Clients haben IP Adressen.

well how i can see, it was now Only my and my GF phones had no internet, the Wifi was still shown and it was still connectet.
My mom could still watch Netflix with an Amazon FireTV stick.
Before the whole crash, there was Loading screens like every 15 post´s on socialmedia, most of time like 2 Minutes of waiting till continuen.
Atm we have like every Day or 2 Days completle lost Internet Connection over Wifi...
It feels like i would need to make an restart, because its kinda like Hours without internet connection and then i restart manually the EAP650.

Thanks for the reply.
Why are you only using 2.4GHz? The 2.4GHz channel is currently experiencing heavy congestion. We recommend enabling your 5GHz band or trying 5GHz-only mode for better performance.
Please also turn off IPv4 Multicast-to-Unitcast Concersion to have a try.
What's more, did you check the memory usage of the EAP units around the time when the issue occured?
