Help Needed with Deco M5 Units Stuck on Yellow/Orange Light

I would like to ask for your help. I’ve been using four Deco M5 units in one mesh network in "Router" mode for several years. Unfortunately, I’ve often experienced high latency (bad ping, dropped packets) within my local network. Sometimes restarting the main Deco unit helped, but the situation has been getting progressively worse.
Yesterday, I decided to change the network topology — I’m now using a separate router and switched the Deco units to "Access Point" mode. I also decided to reset all units to factory settings. However, I now have two units that I’m unable to reset.
When I plug them into power, the LED lights up yellow/orange continuously and never changes color. Pressing the reset button has no effect. I’ve tried pressing it briefly (1 second), for a longer time (over 10 seconds), and both before and during power-up — still, the light remains permanently yellow/orange.
Could you please advise me on what to do?
