deco BE65-5G bands lock.

Hi friends,
i am from Saudi Arabia and i have problem 5G bands lock not working in my device BE65-5G.
for some reason my router Preferred N41 and its give me only 130mbps speed sometimes after meny restarts it connect to N78 and its very fast and stable it give me 700mbps but the problem its keep switch to N41.
To be honest, its hard to use its if the router pick the bands auto Especially if you are surrounded by more than one tower.

Hi, thank you very much for the message.
I'd like to follow up on your case via email and ask the engineer for further assistance.
Please check whether you have received my email.
By the way, have you tried to manually search band N78 under Deco APP>More>Internet>Band?
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

good day david,
yes i received your email and i sent to you the pics and system log.
unfortunattly yes i tried to do it manually but it didn't work I think the reason is that 5G frequencies are not showing up is that in saudi we use NSA 5G because when i lock 4G only all 4g bands show up and i can lock any band.
only when i put 5G prefered then it doesn't work.
i appreciate your support.
many thanks.

Hi, thank you very much for the logs and pictures.
Have you tried putting the same card into the mobile phone to test the average mobile phone?
Would it behave similarly to the Deco BE65-5G?
By the way, from the attached internet status, I can see the current working bands are B3+B28+B1+N78. So the current speed should be around 700 Mbps, right?
When it is about 170mbps, are the Carrier Aggregation bands B3+B28+B1+N41?
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

@David-TP Im facing the same issue here. Im using two identical 5g sims. One on my Deco BE65 5G and the other is on a Huawei CPE 5 modem. Im using a laptop to take a speedtest automatically each 10 minutes and the huawei outperforms the the Deco over and over again. I noticed that the deco is not utilizing all available 5g bands. When I tried to lock them at the ones I prefer, they were not visible.
