Clients are unable to connect to the wireless network on EAP 255 access points

Good day. We have encountered a problem where clients cannot connect to a wireless network on a TP-Link EAP 25 access point. Clients see wireless networks, but cannot connect with the message "Unable to connect to the network". There are no failures on the controller on the AP, the radio interfaces are working. Only changing the channel or rebooting the access point helps. The channels are not loaded. Has anyone encountered such a problem?
