Deco ex75 pro not working via ethernet

Hi, I have connected one (main) deco to my proximus router/modem via ethernet and put it in access point mode. I'm able to connect 2 additional deco units to this main unit wireless. If I connect one of those via ethernet cable to the main deco the complete system fails, even my proximus box is not working anymore (no internet at that moment). If I put the deco in wifi-router modus I can connect the deco unit to the main deco unit via ethernet cable. Any idea what the issue can be.

Hi, I think there might be something related to the Ethernet dispatch panel inside the wall.
If possible, could you please help me run a simple test:
- Still keep Deco in Access Point mode
- Put the satellite Deco XE75 Pro next to the main Deco XE75 Pro
- Then connect the satellite XE75 Pro to the main Deco via a short Ethernet cable
Then check whether both Deco units and the Proximum router are online and work properly.
Thank you very much.
Best regards.

You may need to contact your ISP (proximus) and have them set you modem in IP Passthrough (Bridge Mode)
More info below :)
IP Passthrough (Bridge Mode):
- IP Passthrough allows a gateway (like an AT&T router) to forward its public IP address to another device, like the Deco. This eliminates the need for double NAT (Network Address Translation) which can sometimes cause issues with certain applications or online gaming.
- To enable IP Passthrough, you'll typically need to access the configuration interface of your gateway (e.g., the AT&T router) and enable the feature. The specific steps will vary depending on the gateway model.
- With IP Passthrough enabled on the gateway and Deco in AP mode, the Deco effectively becomes an extension of the main network, simplifying the setup and management.

Hi, is the satellite Deco XE75 pro connected to the main Deco directly via an Ethernet cable? Or are they connected via a switch or reserved Ethernet wall jackets?
For your current configuration, if the Ethernet connection works for router mode, it should be fine in AP mode as well.
Can you constantly reproduce this issue?
By the way, I noticed there are both DSL and Ethernet WAN ports on the Proximus internet box. Do you use the DSL service or a fiber Ethernet connection?
Thank you very much.
Best regards.

They are connected via ethernet wall jackets.
Main deco is connectef via ethernet wan port.
If I change the setting to access point and plug in the ethernet cable the issue occurs. Deco become red and we don't have internet via proximus box anymore. As soon I release the ethernet cable and reboot the main deco everything is working fine wireless.
