Hello,

 

I have the some problem with the VPN Client. 

Im using a VPN with OpenVPN Protocol, the VPN Server is in other location on a synology NAS. I Have tested the VPN from a laptop and works fine.

The VPN show connected in the Deco App but some devices from the client list cannot access the internet and some of them access the internet but without the VPN (from local ip address).

 

Till update everything works normally.

 

Any ideea what should i do? 

 

I tryed restaring the VPN Client and checked the Synology VPN Server and the client disconnected than reconnected and still nothing.

 

Any idea what should i do more?

Could you please send an email to support.forum@tp-link.com with the following details:

Subject: [Forum Escalation][ID 838070]No internet on devices after VPN client is connected in Deco

(Please disable the OpenVPN client, then restart the Deco Mesh once. After that, please configure OpenVPN Client again and save the web UI log)
